We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

By using our services, you agree to:

• •Use our services legally and responsibly.
• •Respect copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights.
• •Avoid uploading content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
• •Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the operation of our services.

When submitting music or other content, you confirm that:

• •You own or control all necessary rights to the submitted material.
• •Your submission does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other legal rights.
• •Submission does not guarantee that your music will be accepted, distributed, promoted, or released.
• •Shinrai Records may review, evaluate, and communicate with you regarding your submission.

All logos, branding, graphics, text, and website content owned by Shinrai Records Music Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Artists retain ownership of their original works unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.

If Shinrai Records provides distribution or release services, additional agreements may apply. Artists are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials, including audio, artwork, metadata, lyrics, and credits, are accurate and legally authorized.

We may reject or remove content that does not meet our quality standards, violates applicable laws, or breaches these Terms.

Where applicable, payments, revenue sharing, and withdrawal requirements will follow the relevant agreement between Shinrai Records and the artist or rights holder. Payment processing times may vary depending on payment providers and distribution partners.

Users may not:

• •Upload infringing or fraudulent content.
• •Spread malware or harmful software.
• •Abuse or harass other users or staff.
• •Misrepresent ownership of any content.
• •Attempt to manipulate streaming statistics or engage in fraudulent activities.
• •Use our services for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

Our services may interact with third-party platforms such as streaming services, payment processors, hosting providers, or social media platforms. Shinrai Records is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific commercial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinrai Records Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or continued access may harm our users, partners, or business operations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will become effective when published on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts or other lawful dispute resolution methods in Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
